Do you want to know what your neighbor paid for their house? Do you want to know what your property assessment is compared to theirs? Visit the Broward County Property Assessors website and search their database. Unfortunately, the website has not been open during weekends, but now it says the goal is to be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

PRIVACY NOTE: While you might consider this an invasion of privacy, this is PUBLIC INFORMATION that has always been available at the assessors office. The difference is, most Counties (here is Miami-Dade) are now making this information available online, saving you a drive and a wait in lines. If you are concerned about privacy, this is nothing. Take a look at KnowX or USsearch and see what is available about you for free, or for a fee.

Instructions to access Property Values

Step 1
Go to the Broward County Assessors web site (http://www.bcpa.net/) and click on the button that says SEARCH RECORDS
Step 2
	Read the disclaimer and ACCEPT to continue or decline to quit.
Step 3
Select how you want to look up the property value. For example, select SEARCH BY PROPERTY ADDRESS to look up by address.
